Chef Dave welcomes you to an exciting new dining & teaching concept

As a self-employed professional Chef I am now offering two different cooking experiences, both brought to you in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  You can choose between having a meal prepared and served to you or a cooking lesson.

I'm available Saturdays and Sundays, day or night, to create a multi-course meal that can either be cooked by me and served to you or taught to you in your own kitchen - you decide what you'd like to eat or learn.  I'll give you a shopping list or I can do the shopping for you.

Since I'm not a caterer I must request you limit your party to 6 or less.  For cooking lessons, the smaller the group the more hands on experience you will get.

Since starting in the restaurant business in 1968, I am now finally doing something more exciting with my talent.

Becoming a private chef and teacher has provided me with more creativity and satisfaction than I have had in years.  Now let me share that with you!
